Great Adoptions Always Make Us Smile

Maxine got rescued by accident. But it was a very good accident. When volunteer Lee went to a high-kill shelter to pick up one Dal mix, they sent him back with two. Maxine appears to be a Dal/Bull Terrier Mix who was only 7 months old. Everyone who met her loved her but it took 4 months before she actually got taken home. Now she lives with her new Mom, Sandi and from the sounds of it, everything is going really well. Sandi saw Maxine listed on Petfinder.com where we list all our adoptable dogs and said she knew she just had to have her. Happy New Year to Sandi and Little Maxine from all of us at DRTB.
