Thanks to Purina ProPlan Rally to Rescue for inviting us to be a part of their new program that promotes adoption of shelter dogs. The event made alot more people aware of the wonderful Dals and other dogs that are abandoned every day.

DRTB wouldn't have been there at all without our awesome group of volunteers. Special thanks go to our Foster Coordinator Sherry Massaro for doing all of the legwork to make the event a success. Frank Natoli also put in over-time and even did another garage sale run on the side. Foster parents Tara, Doug & Lee showed off Eddie, Sparky & Blue both days in the hopes of finding them homes. Merna, Linda & Robin, Theresa, Marilyn, Pat, Louanne & Nicole staffed the booth and helped raised enough money with donations and a raffle to rescue at least one or two more Dalmatians! And Lee Peter, DRTB Secretary, made a special guest appearance to drop off garage sale items and chat with everyone. And Rich, our ever faithful website master, for bringing this story to you.
