Dogs never cease to amaze me. Despite the obvious rough life this approximate 5 year old Dalmatian has led, his tail just keeps on a waggin. Bailed out of Citrus County in the nick of time, his new owner is still deciding on a new name to go with his new life. He is going to be Charley's pal - a female Dal we rescued from Polk County and adopted out a few months back. Despite saving his life, he still has a major hurdle to overcome. He has one of the worst cases of heartworms our vet has seen. We have already been advised that we could lose him in the process of treatment. None the less, his new owner and I both agreed that should that happen we will both not regret at least giving him a chance. We will keep you posted on his progress.
